At the request of a client and with their consent, we may provide immunization records and/or information regarding recommendations and declined products to a third party (e.g. Family doctor, Parent). The information received by the third party is limited to only the information held by us that they need in order to provide continuing care or services to the client.
As a client or prospective client of TCATB, you consent to receive email communications from us to facilitate information exchange regarding services offered, provided, appointment reminders and reminders for booster doses for vaccine series.
